Privacy Policy

Ellietrick Vibes Software (EVS) is not in the business of data collection. We make apps, games, watch faces, and other software for the sake of fun, nothing else. Our apps do not log data outside those that you may provide to the stores they are on, such as Google Play, Itch.io, the Playdate Catalog, or anywhere else apps are available. EVS is owned and operated by one developer who believes strongly in privacy, and the last thing I want is any of your personally identifying information, PII. If you message my support email, or buy an app from me, I may be able to see your account email or any other information you hand over. I do not store this information, and would only use it to answer any questions or feedback.

Google Play is, well, Google. They collect data on devices, crashes, and other metrics for the performance of my app. This is anonymized by the time it reaches me, giving me information only on OS and device, along with the crash logs, which do not contain PII. Some of our apps are also distributed on itch.io. This may tell me the email address of the account that bought or downloaded my apps or games. It may even say how much you chipped in for it. I do not save this information outside of the platform. Honestly, I'm just happy to have you enjoying what I make.
